Food Truck (up to 24 feet long) $450.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 27 feet wide and 18 feet deep. Food Truck Vendor Checklist ✅ - Federal Fire Department Certificate - Schedule a truck inspection with Federal Fire Safety before event date - Food Handlers Manager Card (Must be a Manager Card) - Temporary Food Establishment Application Form - Menu & Pricing - Copy Hawaii Business License - Certificate of Insurance (with the two additional insured listed with their addresses) - Green Pass Placard or Special Events Food Permit from Department of Health
Extra 10x10 Space or Vehicle $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Food truck and food tent vendors may reserve space for one additional vehicle directly behind their booth for an added fee. This may be a personal vehicle, refrigerated truck, or other approved support vehicle that does not exceed 12 feet in width. For safety, the vehicle must remain turned off throughout the entire event. Keeping your vehicle nearby provides convenient access to supplies, eliminates the need to find parking elsewhere, and makes breakdown faster and easier.
