About the application

Waycross Winter Wine & Jazz — Saturday, December 12, 2026 • 7:00–9:00 PM • Downtown Waycross

The Waycross Convention & Visitors Bureau invites regional wineries and wine vendors to pour at an upscale downtown winter block party featuring wine tastings, live jazz, appetizer samples from local restaurants, fire pits, and an all-white winter theme.

Vendor setup fee: $50 (covers your tasting station, table, and signage).

What you get:

  • A tasting station along the downtown street footprint with table and signage
  • Your business advertised on the official Winter Wine & Jazz webpage at waycrossga.gov/WinterWineJazz — logo, description, featured pour, and links to your website and online shop
  • Promotion on WCVB social media and in the event marketing campaign
  • Sell your products on site — by the glass or by the bottle — and contribute products to giveaway baskets

How it works: Guests receive a branded tasting glass and armband with their ticket; wine sampling is included with the ticket. Vendors pour samples during the two-hour event. Please list the wines you plan to pour so we can feature them online.

Requirements: Vendors must hold the licenses and permits required to serve wine samples at a public event in Georgia. Please upload your license and certificate of insurance with this application. Setup and breakdown times, load-in location, and inclement-weather plans will be sent to accepted vendors.
