A Great Day in the Stoke: 2026 Non-Profit Vendor Application

We're looking for amazing nonprofit organizations to join The Vendor Village at the 5th Annual A Great Day in the Stoke on October 10, 2026, at Huntington Beach Pier.

The Vendor Village is where culture, community, and commerce come together, giving businesses and organizations an opportunity to showcase what they do, connect with our community, and be part of an unforgettable celebration of surf culture.

Before You Apply

• This event takes place directly on the beach in the sand.
• Food and beverage vendors are not being accepted for the 2026 event.
• Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, equipment, setup, and breakdown.
• Electricity and tables will not be provided.
• Vendors selling products will be required to provide proof of General Liability coverage upon approval.
• Applicable booth fees will be collected after approval.

Vendor space is limited, and all applications are reviewed and subject to approval.

Submitting an application does not guarantee vendor space. Booth space is confirmed only after approval, completion of required documentation, and payment of any applicable vendor fees.

By submitting an application to participate in The Vendor Village at A Great Day in the Stoke (AGDITS), applicants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Application & Approval: Submission does not guarantee acceptance or booth space. AGDITS reserves the right to approve, deny, or waitlist applications and determine vendor classification and applicable fees.
• Products & Services: Vendors may only sell, promote, or display products and services disclosed in their application and approved by AGDITS. Food and beverage vendors are not being accepted for the 2026 event.
• Payment & Refunds: Approved vendors must pay all applicable booth fees by the stated deadline. All vendor fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Insurance: Vendors selling products must provide proof of at least $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage. A compliant Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted with your application. Failure to meet this requirement may result in forfeiture of booth space without refund.
• Event Setup: The event takes place directly on the beach in sand. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, equipment, transportation, setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Electricity is not provided.
• Event Rules: Approved vendors must comply with all AGDITS event rules, safety requirements, applicable laws, and final vendor instructions. Booth spaces are non-transferable without prior approval.
• Final Requirements: Booth space is confirmed only after all applicable fees and required documentation have been received. Additional vendor terms and event requirements will be provided to approved applicants.
