NVRMORE Entertainment & Festivals is bringing Ravens & Roses: Raven’s Harvest to The Barrel Room in Athens, Tennessee, October 16–18, 2026.
Raven’s Harvest is a fully themed Victorian, Steampunk, Gothic, Pirate and Viking-inspired festival experience combining unique vendors, incredible food, live entertainment, immersive characters, interactive activities and just the right amount of beautifully organized chaos.
We are currently accepting applications from:

• Other vendors who complement the Raven’s Harvest experience
🎃 DAYLIGHT TO DARKNESS
During the daytime, Raven’s Harvest will remain family-friendly, with entertainment, characters and trick-or-treating every day of the festival.
Vendors are STRONGLY encouraged to participate in trick-or-treating by providing individually wrapped candy, small toys, stickers or other appropriate treats for our younger guests.
Then, when the clock strikes 6...
Raven’s Harvest gets darker.
After 6 PM, the festival will feature scare zones and darker haunt-style elements intended for our older and more adventurous guests.
The weekend will also feature a Masked Ball and Zombie Walk, along with themed entertainment and interactive experiences throughout the festival.
🖤 THE THEME
Raven’s Harvest isn't a traditional vendor market with a few pumpkins thrown around.
This is a fully themed festival experience, and we want our vendor marketplace to feel like part of the world we're creating.
Vendors are encouraged to have fun with the theme through booth décor, displays and attire. Victorian, Steampunk, Gothic, Pirate, Viking, dark fantasy and harvest-inspired elements are all welcome.
You do not need to completely rebrand your business or products to participate. We simply encourage our vendors to embrace the atmosphere and help us create an immersive experience for our guests.

Please complete your application thoroughly and provide clear, current photos of your products, booth setup, food or services where requested.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on product quality, category availability, duplication, overall event fit and the experience we're building for our guests.
We carefully curate our vendor lineup to provide variety and avoid oversaturation within individual categories.
Come ready to sell, decorate, hand out some treats and spend the weekend among the ravens.
