About the application
One of the most popular Art Festivals in the region, this Mother's Day tradition features a variety of contemporary artists, fine unique crafts, artisan cottage edible goods, along with fashion and home décor artisans. Art Festival of Henderson is a juried art show featuring many talented artisans. Visitors will see live art demonstrations including a chalk art gallery along with daily entertainment. Thousands of Henderson residents and visitors consider this event top on their list of annual events to attend and the volume of artists returning year after year shows this to be a favorite among artists as well! Please note: This is not a Craft Fair.

Artist must be available for Artist Check-In: FRIDAY, MAY 7th, 8am - 12pm with Artist Move-In immediately after Check-In. Artist Move-In will close Friday, 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Participants traveling in oversized vehicles or with oversized trailers, may have challenges navigating to their booth location. Please contact the Special Events Dept. directly if this describes you, special move-in arrangements will be considered.
Artists Interested In Vending From Their Own Mobile Boutique Trailer Please Contact The Special Events Office, Mobile Boutique Trailer Participation Requires a Different Application.

| Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations (including Early Move-Out) will result in artist being charged a $250 Non-Compliance Fee at time of occurrence. |
