Main Street Store Front Application

This application is for business owners whose physical business is located within the Hot Pepper Festival event area.

• By submitting this application, the business is requesting to reserve a 10' x 10' space directly in front of their business location on the day of the Hot Pepper Festival.
• The reserved space must be used solely to promote the applying business and its products, services, or activities. 
• Reserved spaces are non-transferable. The applying business may not give, sell, loan, or assign the reserved space to another person, business, vendor, or organization.
• Business owner agrees to assume all liability for damages or loss caused to the premises or their business area by reason of their exhibit and agree to indemnify and hold harmless “Hot Pepper Festival” and the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Palestine, TX, sponsors of the event, its directors, officers, and members for all liability which might ensue by reason of his/her exhibit or presence at the event.

Setup, Takedown & Hours of Operation

• Detailed set up instructions will be communicated 5 business days prior to the event.
• Set up begins Saturday, October 31st, 2026, at 6am. 

• The Hot Pepper Festival Parade may interfere with vendor's/ business owner's ability to set up Saturday morning. 

• All vehicles must be out of the barricaded festival area by 8:00am and will not be allowed back in until after 4pm the day of the festival. 
• The festival is open to the public from 9am to 4pm, Saturday, October 31st, 2026.
