We are looking for local partners—churches, non-profits, civic groups, community organizations, and small businesses—who would be interested in providing a fun, family-friendly activity in the Kids Zone at Christmas Lane Market.

Participation is FREE, and electricity can be provided at no charge.

You are welcome to share information about your organization, promote your programs, and connect with families in the community while providing a fun activity for children.

What kind of activity can you provide?

Activities might include:

🎨 Christmas crafts or ornaments
🎄 Holiday-themed games
🎁 Make-and-take activities
🎅 Christmas trivia or games
⛄ Snowman-themed activities
✨ Face painting or temporary tattoos

You don't have to have an elaborate activity. Simple, hands-on activities that children can complete or take home are often a big hit.

By participating as a Kids Zone activity provider at Christmas Lane Market, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the setup, operation, supervision, and cleanup of my activity and for the safety of participants involved in my activity.

I understand that Christmas Lane Market is a rain or shine event.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that the City of Thomaston, Thomaston Main Street, Christmas Lane Committee, and their officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or other claims arising from my participation or the activity I provide, except as otherwise required by law.

I agree to follow all event rules and applicable laws and to provide a safe, family-friendly activity. I further agree to take reasonable precautions to protect participants, my volunteers, and my property while participating in the event.
