Westside HOLIDAY Market Application

Welcome to the 9th Season of the Westside Market!

HOLIDAY MARKET DATE: November 28, 2026 | 12–5 PM
APPLICATIONS OPEN: September 1–26, 2026

Applications must be submitted by September 26 to be considered. Applications are reviewed after the application period closes, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

HOLIDAY SWAG BAG REQUIREMENT
For the past 9 years, the Westside Market Holiday Market has continued a special tradition of creating swag bags for our guests and every participating holiday vendor plays a part in making them happen.

All approved Holiday Market vendors are REQUIRED to provide 20 tangible items for the swag bags.

The items you contribute are completely your choice and can be a great opportunity to introduce shoppers to your business. However, participation in the swag bags is mandatory and is not optional. Every vendor is held to the same requirement.

Items must be received no later than Friday, November 13, 2026

Drop-Off Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Failure to provide the required 20 items by the deadline will result in removal from the Holiday Market.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement as a condition of participation.

MARKET SPACES
This is a rain-or-shine event. Approved vendors will receive either a 10' × 10' outdoor space or an 8' × 8' indoor space, based on the space selected and availability.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is available for an additional fee and is limited to standard 110V outlets. Vendors selecting electricity must provide their own outdoor-rated extension cords and are responsible for ensuring all cords are properly secured and covered to prevent tripping hazards. NO HEATERS ALLOWED

VENDOR ELIGIBILITY
We welcome applications from local artists, crafters, makers, and independently owned small businesses offering original products or services.

To maintain the unique, small-business focus of the Westside Market, we do not accept multi-level marketing companies, direct-sales organizations, or businesses primarily reselling mass-produced retail merchandise.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All approved vendors are required to carry general business liability insurance. You are encouraged to upload proof of insurance with your application, but it is not required until you have been accepted. Proof of insurance must be submitted before participating in the market.

APPLICATION & PAYMENT
Applications are carefully reviewed to create a diverse, well-balanced market and to limit excessive duplication of similar products.

If accepted, you will receive instructions for completing your vendor registration and payment. Payment is required to secure your space.

We are honored to provide a platform where small businesses can grow, connect, and thrive. The Westside Market has become a beloved West Side tradition, and we look forward to welcoming returning favorites and new faces for another incredible season at Westwood Town Hall.

When submitting your application, please upload your Business Liability Insurance to help expedite the approval process. Once your application is approved, the card on file will automatically be charged to secure your vendor space.
