About the application

Join us for an exciting retail opportunity at the 2027 Bighorn Banquet Weekend. The market will be open to members, event attendees, and the general public on Friday, March 5 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday, March 6 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. This extended schedule gives you more time to connect with attendees and also enjoy special events throughout the weekend (additional ticket purchase may be required).

 

Please let us know if you have any special requirements for your booth such as power, access to potable water or handwashing, or additional tables.

About the event

The Bighorn Weekend is the flagship event of Wild Sheep Foundation Alberta, bringing together conservation enthusiasts, hunters, and wildlife supporters from across the province and beyond. Taking place March 5-7, 2027, this action-packed event celebrates our shared mission of protecting wild sheep, and together we consistently raise over $200,000 every year for Alberta’s wild sheep and their habitat. Highlights include: Annual General Meeting: Wild Sheep Foundation Alberta’s yearly meeting, where members review the year’s progress and help shape the road ahead. Friday Night Social: A dynamic kickoff featuring the Backpack Race, Pack Horse Race, and brand-new Youth Backpack Race, setting the tone for a weekend of camaraderie and excitement. Life Member Breakfast: An exclusive gathering honoring the dedication of our most committed members, with a private presentation. Bighorn Showcase: A vibrant showcase of top brands, products, and services for outdoor enthusiasts. Educational seminars: Expert speakers on wildlife management, outdoor skills, and conservation efforts. Mountain Mingle: Our ladies-only happy hour, sponsored by Women Hunt, with lots of giveaways, including a buckle from Olsen Silver Company valued at $550 CAD. Bighorn Banquet: A plated dinner, live auction, silent auction, raffles, and a lively celebration of achievements. Whether you’re a lifelong advocate for wildlife conservation or new to the world of wild sheep, the Bighorn Weekend offers opportunities to connect, learn, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Alberta’s wilderness. Please be advised vendor hall hours are tentative and subject to change. 

While all applications are appreciated, all booths are subject to approval.. 

 

Prices

10x10 Booth C$550.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Booth fee covers both showcase days and includes your 10'x10' space, 8' black pipe and drape along the back wall, and 1 skirted table.
WSFAB Membership C$50.00 Non-refundable Purchase a WSFAB 2027 membership now to save $150 on your booth fees!
Vendor Banquet Ticket C$165.00 Non-refundable Please let us know if you have a seating preference. Otherwise, your ticket(s) will be allocated to the best available table.
