Vendors must accurately represent their services in descriptions and marketing.
Booth fees are non-refundable after Oct. 11, 2026.
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary booth setup, equipment, and signage.
No misleading, divisive, or non-vegan messaging will be permitted.
Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damages.
