About the application

YOU primarily sell savory prepared foods, meals, entrées, or substantial food items that could reasonably serve as breakfast/lunch/a meal. Please note: Alcohol sales are not permitted at the festival.

Required: Select your space size: 10' x 10' or 20' x 10'. For larger footprints, please contact hello@dhf.org.

Vendors need to set up at Abner Clay Park on Sep 11, the day before the event between 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM. For load-in and load-out, you may park at the designated parking spaces at Richmond Alternative School on 119 W Leigh St.

You may want to leave your items in your tent (depending on items and weather ;-) so that you don’t have to bring them on Saturday. RMC Events will be providing overnight security from Friday to Saturday. Important: We do not assume any responsibility for missing items.

On Event Day, you need to find your own parking!
