Thank you for your interest in being part of Booked In Flag City 2027!
Booked In Flag City is an all-ages celebration of books, authors, reading, and the literary community. We are bringing together authors and bookish vendors from across Ohio and beyond for a full day at the Hancock County Fairgrounds in Findlay, Ohio.
We are looking for vendors who complement the bookish experience and offer products that readers will enjoy and connect with. We encourage a variety of creative, literary, and book-related businesses and makers to apply.

Location: Hancock County Fairgrounds 1017 E Sandusky St Findlay, OH 45840
Vendor setup will take place on Saturday, September 25th from 7am - 9:45am

- I understand this is an upscale event and my booth must represent that upscale feel. My booth will be welcoming and be well put together.
- I understand that I am responsible for providing my own setup, including table coverings and any other necessary supplies. Tables and chairs may be rented through the event. Any tables used must have a floor-length table covering.
- I understand that each category is limited and the products listed on the application are the only products in which I will be bringing.
- I understand that I am fully responsible for all of my products and should carry my own insurance, Event Pro Connections is not held responsible for any damages or losses within my booth.
