Villains Tale Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in joining Villains Tale at Galleria at Tyler on Saturday, October 24, 2026!

We’re bringing together a curated mix of local small businesses for a family-friendly Halloween market filled with shopping, activities and community fun.

Vendor spaces are $85 for a 10x10 space. Applications are reviewed to maintain a good variety of businesses, so submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

We are especially looking for apparel, handmade crafts, face painters, balloon artists and other unique vendors.

Currently full: 3D prints, jewelry, permanent jewelry, food and beverages, packaged sweets and crochet.

Additional setup, parking and event-day information will be provided to accepted vendors prior to the event.

By submitting this application, you understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance into Villains Tale. Vendors are selected based on product variety, available space and the overall needs of the event.

Accepted vendors are responsible for providing their own 10x10 canopy, tables, chairs, displays and other equipment needed for their booth. All vendor canopies must be white and properly secured with canopy weights.

Vendors are expected to remain set up and open for the full event from 11 AM to 9 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event management.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, insurance or approvals required for their individual business or products.

Booth spaces may not be transferred, shared or resold without prior approval from Enchanted Storybook Market.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and must remove all belongings and trash at the end of the event.

Vendors must follow all event rules as well as any applicable requirements established by Galleria at Tyler, property management, security, fire officials or local authorities.

Vendor fees are non-refundable once the vendor has been accepted and payment has been submitted, unless otherwise stated in writing by Enchanted Storybook Market.

Enchanted Storybook Market reserves the right to deny participation or remove a vendor who does not follow event guidelines or whose setup, products or conduct creates a safety concern or significantly differs from what was approved in their application.
