LeMoyne Arts invites local artisans to apply for our Cookies & Cocoa Pop-Up Market, held in conjunction with our 63rd Annual Holiday Show.

This festive holiday shopping event welcomes the community to enjoy seasonal treats, explore our galleries, shop the Holiday Show, and support local artists and makers.

We are seeking 12 artisan vendors to join us for a curated outdoor pop-up market in the garden area of LeMoyne Arts. With limited spaces available, we are looking for vendors offering unique, handcrafted goods that complement the spirit of the holiday season. We will not be accepting food market vendors.

Application Deadline: October 1, 2026
Selected vendors will be notified by October 5, 2026.

🌟 Event Overview

Join us for an open-air Pop-Up Market during LeMoyne’s 63rd Annual Holiday Show!  This market offers a prime opportunity to sell your work directly to holiday shoppers in a lively, art-focused setting.

Event Day:

• Saturday, Dec. 19
  • 9–11 AM: Vendor Setup
  • 11 AM–4 PM: Market Open to the Public
  • 4 PM: Vendors start breaking down & event ends
• Rain or Shine! Severe weather plans TBD.

What We’re Looking For:

• Artists/artisans with unique, giftable goods
• Booths filled with visually appealing displays
• Price range: $5–$100 (some higher-end items welcome)
• Holiday, Florida, or pet themes encouraged
• Multicultural holiday items strongly encouraged

Examples: ornaments, wall art, scarves, mugs, candles, jewelry, coasters, pet gifts, garden items, notecards, wine gifts, handmade home goods

 Artist Amenities

• Keep 100% of your sales (after 1-time booth fee)
• 12 total booth spaces available (10x10 each)
• Artists must provide their own white 10x10 pop-up tents
• Extensive digital and printed marketing
• Indoor restrooms

• 11 AM–4 PM

Application Requirements

Submit your application via Eventeny, including:

• Up to 5 high-quality images of your work
  • 1 image should show your booth setup (or sketch/mock-up)
• Label each image with:
  • Category/medium
  • Brief description
  • Your preferred image for event marketing
• Your booth setup must reflect what’s shown in your images
  (Consistency and quality are key!)

✨ It’s okay if your inventory evolves; just give us a realistic snapshot of your style and product type.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

• Open to artists 18+ (minors require guardian involvement)
• Artists handle own sales, insurance, and tax filings
• Booths must be self-contained within 10x10 space
• Booths must use weighted (not staked) white tents
• Art must be ready-to-display: clean, dry, and durable
• Electricity is limited 
• No “Not for Sale” items, resale goods, or mass-produced work
• No trademarked/copyrighted material allowed (Disney, college logos, etc.)

 Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

• Booth fees are processed upon approval
• Non-refundable
• No-show artists may not be accepted for future events
