Please complete this application with as much detail as possible about your business and what you plan to offer at the market.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a vendor space. Applications will be reviewed to help us create a diverse market and avoid having too many vendors offering the same products or services.

If your application is approved, you will receive additional information regarding vendor fees, booth setup, arrival/check-in, event guidelines, and payment instructions.

We encourage vendors to promote the event on their social media and invite their customers, friends, and family. Our goal is to work together to create a successful, well-attended event for everyone involved.

The Mystical Market Orlando — Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting a vendor application, making payment, and/or participating in The Mystical Market Orlando, each vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Vendor Approval

All vendors must be approved by The Mystical Market Orlando before participating. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications in order to maintain a diverse and balanced selection of vendors.

2. Vendor Fees & Payment

Once approved, vendors will receive instructions regarding their vendor fee and payment. A vendor space is not considered reserved until full payment has been received.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of cancellation, failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure.

3. Products & Services

Vendors may only sell, display, promote, or provide the products and services listed and approved on their vendor application. Any major additions or changes must receive prior approval from The Mystical Market Orlando.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products and services offered comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

The Mystical Market Orlando reserves the right to require the removal of any product, service, display, signage, or material deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the event.

4. Booth Space & Setup

Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies necessary for their booth unless otherwise specifically stated, including tables, chairs, displays, signage, extension cords, and other equipment.

Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not move, exchange, share, or expand their booth space without approval.

Setup and check-in instructions will be provided before the event. Vendors are expected to have their booths completely set up and ready before the market opens at 11:00 AM.

5. Attendance

Vendors are expected to remain set up and operational for the entire event from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Packing up early may affect eligibility to participate in future Mystical Market events.

6. Conduct

All vendors, employees, assistants, and representatives are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward guests, other vendors, venue staff, and event organizers.

Harassment, threatening behavior, excessive disruption, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. The Mystical Market Orlando reserves the right to remove a vendor from the event when necessary to protect the safety, operation, or atmosphere of the market.

7. Booth Safety & Property

Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean, organized, and safe throughout the event.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, money, equipment, displays, and personal belongings. The Mystical Market Orlando, its organizers, and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged property.

Vendors are financially responsible for damage they or their staff cause to the venue or event property.

8. Sales, Taxes, Permits & Licensing

Each vendor is independently responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes and obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or other authorization required to operate their business or provide their services.

The Mystical Market Orlando does not assume responsibility for a vendor’s compliance with these requirements.

9. Food & Beverage Vendors

Any vendor selling or distributing food or beverages is responsible for meeting all applicable health, food safety, permitting, licensing, and insurance requirements.

Additional venue restrictions may apply.

10. Liability

Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own business operations, products, services, employees, assistants, equipment, and booth activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors agree to release and hold harmless The Mystical Market Orlando, its organizers, representatives, and the event venue from claims arising from the vendor’s participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

11. Photography & Promotion

By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken throughout the market.

Vendors grant The Mystical Market Orlando permission to use photographs or videos showing their booth, products, signage, or event participation for reasonable event marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Event Changes & Cancellation

Event details, including hours, layout, vendor placement, and other operational information, may be changed when reasonably necessary.

If circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control affect the event—including severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances—The Mystical Market Orlando will communicate available options to affected vendors. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling in these circumstances will be determined based on the situation and any commitments already made to the venue or event expenses.

13. Vendor Placement

Booth placement is determined by The Mystical Market Orlando. Specific locations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

14. Marketing

Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation and share official Mystical Market promotional materials. Vendors may not represent themselves as an owner, organizer, employee, or official representative of The Mystical Market Orlando unless authorized.

15. Removal From Event

The Mystical Market Orlando reserves the right to refuse participation or require a vendor to leave for serious or repeated violations of these terms, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, or conduct that materially disrupts the event. Vendors removed for such reasons will not be entitled to a vendor-fee refund.

I agree to follow all event rules, setup requirements, and venue policies.
I understand that my space is not officially reserved until I have been approved and my required vendor fee has been paid.
I understand the vendor cancellation and refund policy.
I understand that I am responsible for my products, services, permits, taxes, insurance requirements, property, staff, and business operations.
