Please find the Full Event Details and Competition Details documents below, under Related Files and review before submitting your application to be considered as a participant. We are excited to announce the return of this 2 DAY event which will allow you to capitalize on increased attendance and sales! This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, if chosen to participate, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

New Food Vendor Menu Pricing Guidelines for 2027!!! -- Same Concept, New Strategy to help increase your profits!
FULL EVENT DETAILS DOCUMENT LOCATED BELOW UNDER "RELATED FILES"
1. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
2. Food Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at the event, and not be required to give out any "free" samples/food to attendees.
3. If selected to Participate, vendor will submit to Battle Bros LLC a Non-Refundable $300.00 Vendor Fee.
4. Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event. If the Vendor is accepted/approved for the event and fails to participate in the event, or withdraws for any reason they will forfeit their $300.00 vendor fee.
5. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to READ the "Full Event Details" document located under "Related Files" on this application before submitting their application.
6. Once an Application is APPROVED, refunds will not be provided to vendors who did not read any of the details and guidelines of the event.
7. Food Trucks/Trailers with a Suppression System or Gas will be required to submit their Hood Suppression Inspection Report, Hood Cleaning Certificate, Proof of CO2 Detecotor and Gas Detector, and DBPR License to Battle Bros Events/Fire Marshall. -- AT LEAST 2-WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT
8. All Food Vendors will be required to submit a copy of their Food License/Catering License etc. **If a vendor does not have a Food License, we can assist in helping you obtain a temporary event food license.
9. Vendors are responsible for their own set up/station. Including cooking equipment, tents/tables, tent weights/stakes, power, lights etc.
10. Vendor agrees to arrive by the later designated required time for set up and fire code inspection. Typically vendors must be fully set up, “ready to go” ~3 hours before the start of the event, usually 9:00am.
11. Vendors will follow the Battle Bros Events Food Festival Menu Guidelines as outlined on the Full Event Details Document under "Related Files"
12. Vendor’s menu items must be listed and sold as A LA CARTE. Not offering meal deals, sides included in individual menu items etc.
13. Vendor agrees to stop vending at 8:00PM on the First day and 6:00PM on the second day.
14. Vendor agrees to be on-site and ready to go by 10am the second day of the event. Ready to serve customers for the open of the gates at 11AM on the second day.
15. Vendor shall leave the Location free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before the Vendor arrived.
16. This is a “Rain or Shine” event, meaning refunds will not be issued if the vendor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
17. Host will secure overnight security for the event space, Friday and Saturday night, however, host will not be held responsible for damage/theft of items left overnight.
Battle Bros Food Festival Menu Guidelines
Every food vendor must follow these guidelines:
1. 3 Battle Bros Specials — $5 or less each
- Every vendor must offer at least 3 Battle Bros Specials, each priced at $5 or less.
- Battle Bros Specials must be actual, appealing food items that represent the vendor's concept or cuisine.
- Simple/plain side items do not count as a Battle Bros Special. Examples include plain baked beans, coleslaw, fries, rice, etc.
- More substantial or specialty side items may qualify as a Battle Bros Special at Battle Bros Events' discretion. Examples could include loaded fries, loaded baked potatoes, specialty mac & cheese, etc.
- Sides may still be offered on the menu for $5 or less; they simply do not count toward the required 3 Battle Bros Specials.
2. Additional Items — $6–$8
Vendors may offer additional menu items priced from $6–$8. (Must be A La Carte Items)
3. 1 Premium/Signature Item — Over $8
OPTIONAL: Vendors may offer ONE Premium/Signature Item priced above $8. (Must still be an A La Carte Item)
4. All Items Must Be À La Carte
All food items must be sold à la carte.
No required combination meals, plates, baskets, or meal deals may be used to satisfy the Battle Bros Special requirement.
5. Menu Approval
All event menus must be submitted to Battle Bros Events for approval before the event.
Battle Bros Events reserves the right to require changes to any Battle Bros Special that does not meet these guidelines.

| Food Vendor Fee | $300.00 | Non-refundable | This is a $300 Event Fee to participate in this event. Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at this event, and will not be required to give out any "Free" items. You will not be charged unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Food Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Food Vendor is APPROVED and fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, or withdraws from the event for any reason, the Food Vendor will not be refunded their $300 event Fee. |
| Pre-Purchase Bags of Ice for Event (Select up to 10 Bags) | $6.00 | Non-refundable | If you would like us to provide you with any bags of ice at the event, please pre-purchase the quantity you'd like to receive. You will be able to get your ice from our dedicated Ice Truck at the event when you arrive. |
