Prepared Food Vendors

Prepared Food Vendors are those who make or handle food on-site. 

A Temporary Booth Permit from the Salt Lake County Department of Health is required, and must be posted at your booth or food truck

Insurance is required for food vendors. 

Applying for the Sandy City Winter Market does not guarantee participation

Being APPROVED for the Sandy City Winter Market does not guarantee participation

Approval letters will be sent as we approve applications. The first set of applicants will receive approvals by Sept 30 and All applicants will know whether or not they have been approved no later than October 31, 2026

Booth Size Choices and Payment

The Booth Choice email will be sent on September 30. If you apply after September 30, you will receive your Booth Choice email after your application has been approved.

Please watch your email carefully for this message. There are a limited number of spaces available for each booth size and type. When you receive the Booth Choice email, you will be asked to reply with your top three booth choices. We will do our best to assign you one of your three selections.

Once your booth space has been assigned, you will receive an invoice that is due upon receipt.

10×10 — $250, 14×7 — $210, 9×8 — $175, 10×6 (3 Open Sides) — $160, 8×7 — $160, 8×6 Corner — $160, 7×7 (3 Open Sides) — $155, 10×7 — $150, 8×6 — $145, 7×7 — $130, 7×6 — $105, Food Trucks — $165
