About the application
The 16th annual Macon Beer Fest is a Pints for Prostate event. Its goal is to promote awareness and education of prostate cancer to the community through the universal language of beer. This fun beer festival showcases downtown Macon, while promoting a good cause. The festival is put on by the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon. www.maconbeerfest.com

Terms & Conditions
Rules and Regulations:
Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'.
Location: Corner of Third Street and Poplar Street, Macon, GA
Vendors may begin set-up at 11:00 am and need to be finished no later than 2:00 pm. Breakdown can begin at 7:00 pm and will need to be completed by 8:00pm. Each vendor is responsible for cleanup of their own booth space.
Vendors will be assigned spots and shown by staff their location the day of the event. Be prepared to provide yourself any electrical needs with generators if needed.
Food vendors must abide by Georgia sales tax rules, if applicable.
