Food Truck Application

We are excited to bring the ice skating rink back to Carrollton this winter! Carrollton on Ice is a family-friendly activity that will be open November 28–January 18 at the Polar Pavilion among East Carrollton Park's outdoor sports fields.

We intend to have ONE beverage truck on Fridays between 3pm-8pm.

We intend to have ONE beverage and ONE snack truck on Saturdays between 12pm-8pm.

After a participation fee of $50, vendors keep 100% of profits. You will select the dates you prefer on the application, however the variety and acceptance of trucks on each date will be at the event organizers' discretion.

Vendor Rules
 

1. Carrollton on Ice food vendors are limited to food trucks or trailers. No food vendors may serve from a tent.
2. All applicants MUST have a current business license.
3. Cottage Food vendors will not be accepted.
4. Vendors keep 100% of proceeds collected during the events. Must be equipped to accept cash. You may also accept digital payments/credit cards.
5. Vendors may offer as many menu items as they like. We recommend prices between $5-$12.
6. Carrollton on Ice are rain-or-shine events.
7. All food trucks or trailers MUST be inspected by Carrollton Fire Marshal prior to event. Failure to do so WILL prohibit participation and no refunds will be given. 
8. Your area must be left clean at the end of the event. Vendors are responsible for collecting and bagging trash after the event.
9. Vendor smoking or vaping is prohibited.
