Be Part of Our Neighborhood Campout!
Join families from across the community for an afternoon of fun from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Sell your products, offer an interactive activity for children, and connect with neighbors in a festive outdoor setting. After the event, relax and enjoy the community movie night with us!

 

Artists & Vendors: Individuals or makers selling original, handmade, or curated products—such as art, crafts, specialty goods, and packaged treats. This option is best for those focused on selling items directly to attendees.

 

 

 

About the event

Gather with your friends and family for the Fall Neighborhood Campout! Residents have the choice to camp at one of BCA’s sponsored campgrounds or in their own backyards. A limited number of campsites have been assigned to each campground location. This year's Neighborhood Campout will feature even more family fun, including a rock-climbing wall, inflatables, and expanded activities in Legacy Park—all for just $15 per campsite. Three activity wristbands will be included in the campsite fee. Additional wristbands will be available for purchase onsite for $7. The campsite fee also includes the following supplies, which will be strategically placed throughout each camping location: • Firewood (At least one registered camper will need to supply a portable fire pit) • Trash toters • Porta Johns If campgrounds don’t meet the minimum of 10 or more registered campgrounds by Friday, September 11 at NOON, no supplies will be distributed except three activity wristbands.

Prices

Artist Space - ONLY Handmade artist, painters, sculptors, crafts, delicious treats. $50.00 Non-refundable Calling all Artists & Vendors: Are you a painter, sculptor, or any other form of visual artist. Do you have unique crafts or delicious treats to sell? ONLY artists and vendors will be accepted. 10 spaces are available. • Access to 10x10 space in Vendor Village. • Bring your own table, chairs, and tents (must be weighted as you will be on concrete). • No electricity or Wi-Fi available. • Handle your own sales. • Unloading Zone will be accessible by car. You may have to walk your items a short distance. Come prepared to carry your own items. • Only one vendor per specialty will be accepted.
