Event Organizer Permit Application

This application is designed to streamline the permitting process for outside event organizers. Please use this form to submit all necessary event details, site plans, and required documentation for review.

To ensure your application is processed efficiently, please have your Event Site Plan, Business License, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) ready to upload.

 Additionally, you must review and electronically sign the attached Legal Waiver to finalize your submission. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team, and you will receive status updates directly through your Eventeny dashboard.

• Compliance: You agree to adhere to all city ordinances, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
• Documentation: You certify that all uploaded documents (Business License, COI, etc.) are valid and current.
• Liability: You accept full responsibility for your event activities and agree to indemnify the city against any claims or damages arising from your event.
• Waiver: You acknowledge and accept the terms of the attached legal waiver as a condition of permit approval.
