About the application
The first annual White Mountain Cookie Bake-Off & Holiday Market is designed to kick off the holiday season. Local artisans & crafters will be selling their wares while the cookie bake-off contest takes place inside the hall. But one cannot live on cookies alone! We have a very limited number of spaces available to local food trucks to offer a variety of delicious food options during the event.

Vendor Must-haves:
- Current TPT license
- Liability Insurance with additional insureds:
- Village EVENTures, 1067 Gold Hill Drive, Show Low AZ 85901
- Current Health Department Inspection Permit
- Quiet Generator/Inverter (No power available at the site)
- Enough supplies to cover a 7-hour event
Prices
| Space | $90.00 | Non-refundable | We will charge your full fees upon approval. Please ensure the card on file can be charged for those fees. If your card is declined, your application may be rejected. |
| Application fee | $10.00 | Application fees are refunded only if your application is rejected. Once approved, refunds are based on individual circumstances. No refunds are available within four weeks of the event. |
