Cambridge Square Oktoberfest — Free Vendor Application
Join us for Oktoberfest at Cambridge Square, a community celebration bringing together food, local businesses, shopping, entertainment, and Oktoberfest traditions in the heart of Ooltewah.

This application is for approved free vendor categories, including qualifying nonprofit, community, and invited partner spaces. There is no vendor fee associated with this application.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee placement. Hearthara Culinary will review applications to ensure each vendor is a good fit for the event and to maintain a balanced vendor lineup.

IMPORTANT SETUP REQUIREMENT: All vendors using a canopy/tent are required to use a WHITE TENT. Colored tents will not be permitted. Please make sure you have access to an appropriate white tent before applying.

Approved vendors will receive additional event information, setup requirements, load-in instructions, and day-of-event details prior to the festival.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:

Acceptance: Submission does not guarantee acceptance or placement. Hearthara Culinary reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit vendors based on event needs, space, category balance, and overall event fit.
Tent Requirement: All canopy tents must be WHITE. Colored tents will not be permitted.
Professional Setup: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, signage, weights, and other equipment unless otherwise stated. All setups must be safe, professional, and remain within the assigned space.
Attendance: Accepted vendors are expected to participate for the full event and follow all provided load-in, setup, operating, and breakdown times.
Compliance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other documentation required for their business or products.
Safety: Tents must be properly weighted and secured. Vendors must follow all venue, fire, safety, and event-management requirements.
Conduct: Vendors are expected to treat guests, fellow vendors, venue representatives, and event staff professionally and respectfully.
Weather & Event Changes: Outdoor events are subject to weather and circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Hearthara Culinary may modify event operations, hours, layout, or other details when necessary for safety or event operations.
Agreement: By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to follow all event rules and instructions provided by Hearthara Culinary and Cambridge Square.
