About the application

Apply to be a host of one of the available hotel room suites at Paganicon 2027. The fee includes access to the room from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning. 

About the event

A weekend at Paganicon includes: three full days of programming (lectures, panel discussions, demonstrations, rituals, movement and more), the Friday Concert, the Equinox Ball on Saturday, Party Suites, the Vendor Room, the Third Offering Art Gallery and print shop, Divination and Healing services, a meditation room, author/artist media signing events, our hospitality suite, and more. It’s a chance to meet new and old friends, plus experience deep community. If you’ve never been, it’s an experience you will never forget.

You must read and follow the Paganicon Party Suite guidelines (available for download on this page or on our website). Note that no charges will be made until your suite size/room is determined. Choose what size you would most prefer, if that is not available, you will be notified.

Party Suite with King Bed $600.00 Non-refundable A poolside hotel room with patio and king bed inside.
Party Suite with Two Double Beds $600.00 Non-refundable A poolside hotel room with patio and two double beds inside.
Parlor Party Suite with Murphy Bed $1,000.00 Non-refundable An extra-large party suite with bar and couch/chairs with double sized porch and pull-down murphy bed for sleeping.
Bed Removal $300.00 Non-refundable Remove a single bed from a room (either double or king).
