EVENT OVERVIEW

Market Days: 

• October 31st, 2026 Fall Market Hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• November 14th, 2026 Fix-it Festival Hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
• December 19th, 2026 Christmas Market Hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Location: Barron Park.

For those who need to enter it in GPS, please use the LaBelle Gallery and Cultural Center address: 471 N. Lee Street, LaBelle, FL 33935.

FEES & PAYMENT

Booth Fee: $35 for per 10x10 booth space per market

Payment: Processed via Eventeny (Stripe) 

Weather: Markets may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather/conditions.

Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for weather-related delays, early closures, or cancellations. LDRC requires payment at the time of vendor approval.

TARIFAS Y PAGO
Cuota por puesto: $35 por cada espacio de 10x10 por mercado
Pago: Procesado a través de Eventeny (Stripe)

• Please help promote by sharing on social media and word-of-mouth.

• LDRC lists participating vendors in media releases and places event signage throughout downtown.

• Markets are advertised on radio, in print, and digitally across Hendry County and nearby areas.

 REQUIRMENTS (READ BEFORE YOU APPLY)

• Agreement & Waiver: Participation agreement and waiver must be signed via Eventeny following approval.
• Insurance:
  • Food Vendors & Food Trucks: Please apply through "In a Food Truck Down by the River" application - https://www.eventeny.com/events/vendor/?id=55019
  • Crafters & Artists: Insurance optional (LDRC event insurance does not cover you).
• Food Trucks: 
  • Must apply through  the "In a Food Truck Down by the River" application - https://www.eventeny.com/events/vendor/?id=55019 
  • FOOD TRUCKS MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
• Avoiding Duplicates: We do our best to prevent duplicate vendors, so please verify acceptance before attending.

• Equipment: Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and tents (optional). Tents are on pavement. Weights required.

• Electricity: Note your electricity need on your application and bring your own cords.

• Fire Safety (any heat-producing equipment): If you use grills, smokers, propane burners, chafing dishes/Sterno, electric warmers, crockpots, hot plates, coffee urns, fryers, or similar, you must have a working, easily accessible fire extinguisher at your booth/truck for the entire event.

MARKET DAY INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Setup: 7:00 am to 8:30 am. No vehicles in the Market area after 8:30am.
•  Booth Assignments: 
  • A map with booth numbers will be sent via Eventeny group message the week of the event.
  • Booths are chalk-marked and numbered in the park to match the map. Please stay within your marked space.
  • Please note that your booth location may move from month to month always check with the event map for changes prior to arrival. 
• Barricades: We place barricades to restrict traffic. If you pass through, please return barricades to keep the area secure.

• Tear-Down: 

  • Please remain set up until 2:00 PM (weather permitting). If you must leave early, notify us in advance so we can place you to avoid gaps.

  • Make sure to remove any and all trash generated at your booth.
• Need Help On Arrival? Find Kahy Perez or Jerika Mungillo or ask a neighboring vendor before setting up.

PARKING

• Do not park in the Barron Library lot.

• Park along Lee St. south of Park Ave , Park Ave. on the west side of Bridge ST, or the service road parallel to the library (south of the library exit).

• First Baptist Church lot may be available (subject to availability).

PROMOCIÓN
Ayúdanos a promover el evento compartiéndolo en redes sociales y de boca en boca.
LDRC incluye a los vendedores participantes en notas de prensa y coloca señalización del evento en todo el centro.
Los mercados se anuncian por radio, en medios impresos y digitalmente en el Condado de Hendry y áreas cercanas.

REQUISITOS (LEA ANTES DE APLICAR)
Acuerdo y Exención de Responsabilidad: Debe firmarse a través de Eventeny después de la aprobación.
Seguro:

Vendedores de comida y camiones de comida: Seguro obligatorio (ver sección de Seguro más abajo).
Artesanos y artistas: Seguro opcional (el seguro del evento de LDRC no lo cubre).
Camiones de comida:

Deben cargar en Eventeny, tras la aprobación, una copia de la licencia de DBPR Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle.
LOS CAMIONES DE COMIDA DEBEN TENER UN EXTINTOR DE INCENDIOS.
Evitar duplicados: Hacemos todo lo posible por evitar vendedores duplicados; por favor, confirme su aceptación antes de asistir.

Equipo: Cada vendedor provee sus propias mesas, sillas y carpas (opcionales). Las carpas se colocan sobre pavimento. Se requieren pesas.

Electricidad: Indique su necesidad de electricidad en la solicitud y traiga sus propios cables.

Seguridad contra incendios (cualquier equipo que genere calor): Si utiliza parrillas, ahumadores, quemadores de propano, chafers/Sterno, calentadores eléctricos, ollas de cocción lenta, planchas, cafeteras industriales, freidoras o similares, debe tener un extintor de incendios funcional y de fácil acceso en su puesto/camión durante todo el evento.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL DÍA DEL MERCADO:
Montaje: 7:00 a. m. a 8:30 a. m. No se permiten vehículos en el área del mercado después de las 8:30 a. m.

Asignación de puestos:

Se enviará un mapa con los números de puestos por mensaje grupal en Eventeny la semana del evento.
Los puestos estarán marcados con tiza y numerados en el parque para coincidir con el mapa. Manténgase dentro de su espacio marcado.
Tenga en cuenta que su ubicación puede cambiar de un mes a otro; revise siempre el mapa del evento antes de llegar.
Barricadas: Colocamos barricadas para restringir el tráfico. Si pasa por ellas, por favor vuelva a colocarlas para mantener el área segura.

Desmontaje:

Permanezca instalado hasta las 2:00 p. m. (si el clima lo permite). Si debe retirarse antes, avísenos con anticipación para ubicarle de forma que evitemos espacios vacíos.
Asegúrese de retirar toda la basura generada en su puesto.
¿Necesita ayuda al llegar? Busque a Jerika Mungillo o pregunte a un vendedor vecino antes de instalarse.

ESTACIONAMIENTO

No estacione en el lote de la Barron Library.
Estacione a lo largo de Lee St. al sur de Park Ave, en Park Ave. del lado oeste de Bridge St, o en la vía de servicio paralela a la biblioteca (al sur de la salida de la biblioteca).
El lote de la First Baptist Church puede estar disponible (sujeto a disponibilidad).
