About the event
Terms & Conditions
Application Review & Approval
Applications will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor categories may be limited to maintain a good variety of businesses and products throughout the event.
To provide a good variety for attendees and give each food truck the best opportunity for success, we only accept one food truck per food type or category.
For example, once we have approved a taco truck, pizza truck, hot dog truck, or similar specialty, we will not approve another food truck offering the same primary type of food. Some menu overlap may occur, but the overall concept and main menu offerings must be different.
Main Street Events reserves the right to approve, decline, or waitlist applications based on space availability, category availability, product mix, and the overall needs of the event.
Payment
Please make sure the card you place on file is current and has sufficient funds, as your card will be charged automatically at the time your application is approved.
If your payment is declined, your application will be withdrawn, and your space will not be held.
If you would still like to participate, you will need to submit a new application.
Submitting a new application does not guarantee that you will be approved again. Your new application will go back through the full application review and approval process and will be considered based on space availability, category availability, and the needs of the event at that time.
Booth Requirements
Food trucks are provided a 30-foot space and are responsible for bringing everything needed to operate within that area.
All towing vehicles must be disconnected from the trailer and moved to the designated parking lot after setup. Tow vehicles may not remain attached or parked within the food truck space during the event.
Food trucks must remain completely within their assigned area. Any equipment, signage, tables, generators, coolers, or other items placed outside the assigned space may be required to be moved or removed.
Space sharing is not permitted. Only one approved food truck/business may operate from each assigned space.
Food trucks may only sell menu items and products that were included with and approved on their application. Any additional or substantially different items must receive written approval from Main Street Events before the event.
Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
This event will take place rain or shine, and there is no scheduled rain date.
Refunds, credits, transfers to another event or date, and booth resales are not permitted if a vendor is unable or chooses not to attend.
This includes cancellations due to weather, illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other circumstances.
Vendors who wish to protect their booth fee are strongly encouraged to purchase event cancellation insurance, if available through Eventeny, or through an independent insurance provider.
Any insurance coverage or claim is between the vendor and the insurance provider.
Setup & Takedown
Food truck setup will take place each morning of the event:
Saturday: 8:30 AM–9:00 AM
Sunday: 9:00 AM–9:30 AM
Please arrive during your designated setup window so all food trucks and trailers can be properly positioned before the event begins.
Any towing vehicle must be disconnected from the food trailer and moved to the designated parking area once setup is complete. Tow vehicles may not remain parked within the food truck area during the event.
Food trucks may begin serving as soon as they are fully set up and ready to open. You do not need to wait until the official event start time to begin serving customers.
Event Hours & Early Departure
Food trucks must remain fully operational and open for business through the official event closing time.
Early breakdown, closing early, or leaving the event before the official closing time without prior approval from Main Street Events is not permitted and may result in the food truck no longer being eligible to participate in future Main Street Events.
Breakdown & Departure
At the end of the event, food trucks must wait until Main Street Events gives the all-clear before towing vehicles may return to the food truck area.
For everyone's safety, do not bring towing vehicles back into the event area or begin moving your trailer until the event has officially ended and you have been instructed that it is safe to do so.

ALL Food Trucks / Trailor operators are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or approvals required for their business.
