Reclaimed Rummage Sale - Sept 13

ReClaimed ATL is a curated retail experience designed for brands with intention, identity, and growth in mind.

Our mission is to provide a platform where vendors can:

• Showcase their craft
• Grow their business
• Connect with a supportive community
• Build long-term brand visibility
• This is not a traditional pop-up or flea market

Please take a moment to fill out our application to be considered for our next event. 

We prioritize vintage curators, handmade artisans, designers, and independent brands with a clear point of view. WE DO NOT ACCEPT wholesale, fast-fashion merchandise, MLM, Mass-produced resale items that do not fit the event. Vintage (40s- Early 00s) and Handmade Items ONLY.

ReClaimed ATL is a positive, intentional space rooted in creativity, growth, and entrepreneurship.

We do NOT accept vendors promoting or affiliated with hate groups, or harmful messaging.

Who Should Apply
ReClaimed ATL is for businesses that:
✔ Have an active business social media page (required)
✔ Are consistently growing and engaging their audience
✔ Have cohesive branding and intentional presentation
✔ Value customer experience and professionalism
✔ Are building long-term brand visibility—not just quick sales

Please note that we do NOT offer tradtional 10x10 booth spaces due to venue limitations.

Payment Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable -- credit may be applied toward a future event if rescheduling occurs

Booth Presentation Standards
Presentation is a KEY part of acceptance into future markets. This is part of the reason our attendees rave and keep coming back! 

• All vendors are expected to:
• Price and tag all items
• Use cohesive, matching hangers (NO mix-and-match)
• Use a tablecloth or fabric covering
• Keep bins and storage out of sight during market hours
• NO piles of clothing on the floor
• NO cardboard handwritten signage
• Maintain a clean, intentional booth aesthetic

Tables (up to 6ft) and chairs are provided, or vendors may bring their own setup.

Failure to meet presentation standards may impact future acceptance.

Marketing & Participation
ReClaimed ATL actively promotes each market to drive strong attendance and visibility. 

However, vendor participation is required: All vendors MUST promote the event

Digital flyers will be provided
Vendors tag @ReclaimedATL when posting about the event
Business pages MUST be active

Application Timeline
Applications typically open approximately one month before each event and close one week after the vendor call is posted.

Approved vendors will be contacted within 5 business days. Payment is due immediately after acceptance.

If not selected, we encourage you to apply for future markets.

ReClaimed ATL exists to create a space where creativity, commerce, and community meet intentionally.
