✅ Choose this option for all Food Trucks, regardless of what type of food is being sold from the truck. 

All Food exhibitors that are accepted into the Celebration MUST have all their required insurance and required paperwork submitted- until all documents are submitted, they will not be eligible for the Celebration or receive a position.

All Food Vendors:

✅ Certificate of insurance naming San Francisco Pride as additional insured

Food Vendors using LP-gas (propane, butane), charcoal briquettes, wood chips, open flame devices, or flammable/combustible liquids: 
✅ SFFD Permit Application

✅ SFFD Vendor Acknowledgment Receipt Form

Food Trucks:

✅ Mobile Food Facility (MFF) Temporary Event Application

✅ SF Business Registration Certificate

✅ SF City and County License (H79 Health Permit)

✅ SF City and County License (D19 Health Permit)

✅ Public Health Inspection Sticker

If you would like to pay your fees by check, please indicate this on your application before submitting it.

If paying by Check- you will still need to enter credit card information to submit the application. If your application is accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list and provided with instructions for submitting your check. Once your check is received, we will process your application (removing you from the wait-list) without charging the credit card on file.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy

The person or organization completing this application is hereafter referred to as the Exhibitor.

San Francisco Pride takes place on June 26 & 27, 2027 and will reserve a space for both Celebration days  upon our acceptance of the completed application submitted by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor acceptance and booth usage is at the discretion of San Francisco Pride. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason.

Food Trucks must disclose the dimensions of their truck in this application. The location for your food truck, if accepted and all paperwork is complete- will be emailed to you the week of June 21st. 

IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS YOU WILL FIND THE CONTRACT- Please read and sign before submitting your application. If your application is approved, you will be charged the amount of for your exhibitor space and and any add-ons.

BY  SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT ATTACHED, THE EXHIBITOR AGREES THAT THEY CAN READ AND SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THIS AGREEMENT COMPLETELY. THE EXHIBITOR ACCEPTS FULLY AND AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
