Civil Rights Week 2026 Vendor Registration Form
About the application
Baltimore City's Office of Equity and Civil Rights (OECR) invites vendors to participate in Civil Rights Week 2026, "From Promise to Power," taking place October 2–9. This year's Civil Rights Week carries special significance, marking a convergence of milestones in the fight for justice and equity: the 70th anniversary of Baltimore's Community Relations Commission and OECR, the 100th anniversary of the celebration of Black History Month, the 60th anniversary of Miranda v. Arizona, the 160th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Together, these milestones offer a powerful lens for reflecting on how far the pursuit of civil rights has come, and how far there is still to go.
This citywide series of events brings together community members, city leaders, and advocates to honor this history while looking ahead to a more equitable future. You are a vital part of creating this experience for attendees, and we welcome businesses, city and state agencies, community organizations, and individual entrepreneurs to apply for a table.
Vendor spaces are available across select Civil Rights Week events. Please complete the registration form with your business or organization information, a brief description of what you'll be offering, and your preferred event date(s). Space is limited, and vendor placement will be confirmed on a rolling basis. Once approved, you'll receive details on setup logistics, table assignments, and any other applicable information.
