About the application

Nonprofit or community group is the category for an outreach booth that does not sell any items. If you plan to sell any items please select the artisan or other category. If you are a nonprofit planning to give away promotional items, please upload your 501c3 determination letter.
For paperwork in this category we require:
Business Tax Registration Certificate- if you are selling anything
Seller's Permit- if you are selling anything
Signed Exhibitors Agreement- link inside supporting documents
COI (Certificate of Insurance)
You will need your IRS determination letter uploaded in order to submit an application. If you intend on selling anything or exchanging goods for money- you will need to have the supporting documents (BTRC and Seller's Permits) uploaded by June 1st. COI is required by June 1st as well.
If you would like to pay your fees by check, please indicate this on your application before submitting it.
If paying by Check- you will still need to enter credit card information to submit the application. If your application is accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list and provided with instructions for submitting your check. Once your check is received, we will process your application (removing you from the wait-list) without charging the credit card on file.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
The person or organization completing this application is hereafter referred to as the Exhibitor.
San Francisco Pride takes place on June 26 & 27, 2027 and will reserve a space for both Celebration days upon our acceptance of the completed application submitted by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor acceptance and booth usage is at the discretion of San Francisco Pride. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason.
Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ in size for non-profits unless otherwise arranged through San Francisco Pride and noted in your application invoice. Booth space locations will be emailed to you the week of June 21st.
IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS YOU WILL FIND THE CONTRACT- Please read and sign before submitting your application. If your application is approved, you will be charged the amount of for your exhibitor space and and any add-ons.
BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO BEING CHARGED UPON APPROVAL AND THE EXHIBITOR AGREES THAT THEY CAN READ AND SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THIS AGREEMENT COMPLETELY. THE EXHIBITOR ACCEPTS FULLY AND AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
