Food Vendors

We’re so excited you want to join us for Under the West Texas Sky! 🌙🍿

We’re looking for a select group of food, drink, snack & dessert vendors to help us create a fun night out for our community.

Vendor spaces for our first Movie Night are completely FREE. There is no booth fee or percentage taken from your sales. We want you to come out, make some money, meet new customers and help us make this an incredible evening for Big Spring!

Please complete the application below with information about your business and setup. Because we want our vendors to have a great night too, we’ll be limiting duplicate offerings and curating the vendor lineup.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. You’ll receive confirmation directly from Morgan with West Texas Social Club once your application has been approved.

Once confirmed, vendors will receive setup times, assigned locations, event-day instructions and a vendor map prior to the event.

Vendor Terms & Agreement

By submitting this application and accepting a vendor space, I understand and agree that:

• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor participation must be confirmed by West Texas Social Club.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or health department requirements applicable to their business and products.

• Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, setup, staffing, supplies, tent weights, extension cords and other items necessary to operate unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Any electrical needs must be disclosed on the vendor application in advance. Access to electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

• Vendors must follow the assigned setup time, location and event-day instructions provided by West Texas Social Club. Vendor locations may be adjusted as necessary for safety or event operations.

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash, equipment and belongings at the end of the event.

• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, transactions, taxes, products, employees and customer interactions.

• Vendors understand that this is an outdoor event and that weather, attendance and sales cannot be guaranteed.

• If a confirmed vendor can no longer attend, please notify West Texas Social Club as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another business.

• West Texas Social Club reserves the right to remove or decline a vendor for unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate conduct or failure to follow event or venue requirements.

By accepting a vendor space, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms.
