The Hearthara Vendor Ambassador Program is an application-based program for approved Hearthara vendors who want to build a deeper relationship with Hearthara while contributing their time, experience, and talents to our events, projects, outreach, and operations.

Approved Vendor Ambassadors may complete pre-approved Ambassador Assignments in areas such as event operations, vendor support, community outreach, promotion, administrative projects, guest experience, and other designated Hearthara initiatives.

In return, Ambassadors can earn Ambassador Credits toward eligible Hearthara vending opportunities while gaining access to additional vendor-development and advancement opportunities.

HOW IT WORKS
CONTRIBUTE

Accept pre-approved Ambassador Assignments that support Hearthara events, vendors, guests, community initiatives, outreach, or company operations.

EARN

Every 4 qualifying hours of approved Ambassador Services earns 1 Ambassador Credit.

Qualifying hours can accumulate across approved assignments. Hearthara may also designate certain high-need, difficult, urgent, or priority assignments as bonus-credit opportunities.

GROW

Earned Ambassador Credits may be redeemed to waive vendor fees at designated eligible Hearthara vending opportunities, subject to the credit requirement, event approval, availability, and event-specific requirements.

Active Ambassadors may also receive access to designated vendor education and business-development opportunities and priority consideration for eligible vending opportunities.

The Ambassador Program also creates a pathway for trusted vendors to develop additional leadership experience. Demonstrated reliability and performance may lead to consideration for Lead Ambassador status and, when appropriate opportunities exist, separately paid Hearthara positions or assignments.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
The Vendor Ambassador Program is intended for Hearthara vendors who:

Are active or approved Hearthara vendors
Maintain their business in good standing
Demonstrate reliability and professional conduct
Are willing to contribute outside of their own booth or business operation
Can complete assignments they accept
Communicate consistently and professionally
Can follow Hearthara event and company policies
Want to strengthen the larger vendor and event community
Newer Hearthara vendors may apply. Hearthara may defer acceptance until sufficient working history has been established.

IMPORTANT
Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the Vendor Ambassador Program.

Ambassador participation does not guarantee employment, acceptance into a particular event, vendor placement, category exclusivity, or availability.

Paid Hearthara positions and paid assignments are separate from Ambassador Services.

Only work approved by Hearthara before it begins qualifies toward Ambassador Credits. Unrequested or self-directed promotional activity does not automatically earn credit.

Ambassador Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to program rules and expiration requirements.

Participation in the Vendor Ambassador Program is free.

The program mechanics above come directly from the operating structure you established, including the 4-hours-per-credit system and separate paid-opportunity pipeline.

Participation in the Hearthara Vendor Ambassador Program is subject to application review and Hearthara approval.

Ambassadors must remain in good standing, communicate professionally, comply with applicable Hearthara policies, and complete accepted Ambassador Assignments reliably.

Only Ambassador Services approved by Hearthara before work begins qualify toward Ambassador Credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed for designated eligible Hearthara vending opportunities according to applicable program and event requirements.

Ambassador status does not guarantee event acceptance, placement, employment, paid work, category exclusivity, or availability.

Serious misconduct, repeated no-shows, assignment abandonment, dishonesty, harassment, unsafe behavior, policy violations, misrepresentation of Hearthara, or misuse of program benefits may result in suspension or removal from the program.
