About the application
Welcome to the Chattanooga Seafood & Crawfish Festival Vendor Application.
Hearthara Culinary is seeking a curated mix of food operators, beverage businesses, artisans, makers, specialty retailers, merchandise vendors and corporate businesses for the Chattanooga Seafood & Crawfish Festival on Saturday, April 10, 2027, from 12 PM–7 PM at Tennessee Riverpark — Maintenance Field.
We don't simply fill spaces. We thoughtfully curate our vendor community to create variety for guests while giving participating businesses a stronger opportunity to be seen, discovered and supported.
FOOD VENDORS
All participating food vendors must offer at least one menu item containing seafood during the festival.
Bakers, dessert/sweets vendors and beverage vendors are exempt from the seafood-item requirement; however, they are expected to participate in the festival theme through appropriately themed products or presentations within their category.
SEAFOOD & CRAWFISH SHOWDOWN
Approved food vendors may also enter the optional Seafood & Crawfish Showdown for an additional $50 non-refundable competition fee.
Competitors enter one approved item from their festival menu. The competition dish must be available for festival guests to purchase during the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE COMPLIANCE
Approved food and beverage operators will be required to provide two specific Certificates of Insurance (COIs) after approval.
COI instructions will be provided separately. Please do not submit COIs with your initial application.
Final participation is contingent upon completion and verification of all applicable post-approval requirements.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that submission does not guarantee acceptance into the Chattanooga Seafood & Crawfish Festival.
If approved, participation is contingent upon payment of applicable fees, acceptance of the Vendor Participation Agreement, and completion of all required permits, licenses, insurance, and other applicable compliance requirements.
Vendors may only sell or promote the products, services, food, and beverages approved through their application. Spaces may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold without prior approval from Hearthara Culinary.
All vendor fees and Seafood & Crawfish Showdown entry fees are non-refundable.
Food vendors must offer at least one approved seafood menu item for purchase during the festival. Bakers, sweets/dessert vendors, and beverage vendors are exempt from the seafood requirement but must participate in the festival theme within their category.
Approved food and beverage operators will receive instructions for two required Certificates of Insurance (COIs) following approval.
Seafood & Crawfish Showdown participants must enter an approved menu item that will be available for guests to purchase during the festival.
By submitting your application, you agree to comply with the Chattanooga Seafood & Crawfish Festival Vendor Participation Agreement and all applicable event requirements and instructions.

| 10' × 30' Food & Beverage Vendor Space | $200.00 | Non-refundable | One 10' × 30' space for an approved food or beverage operation. Your complete setup, including truck/trailer, hitch, awnings, equipment, and service area, must fit within the approved footprint. Space fee is non-refundable. |
| Corporate Vendor Space 10x10 | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Vendor space for approved corporate, promotional, or commercial businesses. Placement and footprint are subject to Hearthara Culinary approval. Space fee is non-refundable. |
| Seafood & Crawfish Showdown Competition Entry | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Optional competition entry for an approved food vendor. Includes entry of one approved festival menu item in the Seafood & Crawfish Showdown. The entered dish must be available for guests to purchase during the festival. Competition entry fee is non-refundable. |
| Community / Nonprofit Space | $0.00 | Non-refundable | Complimentary vendor space for approved nonprofit and community organizations participating in the event. This option is reserved for qualifying organizations and is subject to Hearthara Culinary approval. Commercial sales or promotional activity outside the organization's approved mission or programming must receive prior approval. |
