Hello Bay Area's Oktoberfest Crockett, California 2026
Applicants! 5th Annual Return Of Bay Area's Oktoberfest 2026!!!
Crockett’s second-largest annual event, it gets bigger and better each year, drawing crowds estimated between 1,500 and 3,000 enthusiastic attendees throughout the day.
The 5th Annual Return of Bay Area's Oktoberfest 2026 will be held, rain or shine, on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
2nd Avenue will be closed off for everyone to safely enjoy the food, music, shopping, and other activities. There will be live entertainment on stage. Food vendors must comply with applicable Contra Costa County Environmental HealthDivision requirementss. Your booth will be inspected the morning of the Festival, before the Festival opens, by a representative from the Health Department.
- Food booth check-in time/set-up time: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Food trucks MUST ARRIVE by 8:00 a.m. and be ready for inspection by 10:00 a.m.
- Booths are expected to be operating continuously from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Booths may not be broken down before 5:00 p.m.
- Commercial Booth spaces are 10 x 10.
- Food Booth spaces are 10 x 20.
- All vendor spaces will be outdoors.
- Electricity is not available.
- Booth spaces must be left clean.
Non-Food Booth fees and Food Booths are non-refundable after Oct 1, 2026.
