Craft Vendor Booth Application

Join us for Germantown Octoberfest 2026 on Friday, October 9th at 1041 Goss Ave in Louisville, KY! This festive fall event will bring the Germantown community together for an evening of local shopping, music, a lively Night Market, and plenty of fun for the whole community.

We are looking for a variety of craft vendors, artisans, makers, and vendors offering packaged snacks, desserts, specialty treats, and non-alcoholic beverages to join us. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with local customers, and be part of a fun and festive neighborhood Octoberfest celebration.

By submitting a vendor application for Germantown Octoberfest 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Location: 1041 Goss Ave, Louisville, KY

Vendor spaces are assigned by event management. Specific placement requests cannot be guaranteed.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, chairs, displays, signage, merchandise, equipment, and any other supplies needed for their booth.

All vendors must have any required business licenses, permits, insurance, and approvals necessary to legally operate at the event.

Important for vendors selling food, snacks, drinks, or any other consumable products: Any vendor serving or selling anything intended for consumption by the public may be required to obtain a temporary or annual permit through the Louisville Metro Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) before participating in the event. ABC is not limited to alcohol. Louisville Metro ABC also handles permitting and licensing for mobile and stationary food and beverage vendors, as well as special event permitting.

Vendors selling consumable products are responsible for determining which ABC permits, Louisville Metro Health Department approvals, food service permits, and other licenses are required for their specific operation. All required permits and documentation must be obtained before the event.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable Louisville Metro and Kentucky health, fire, safety, business, and permitting regulations.

Required licenses, permits, insurance certificates, and other documentation must be submitted to event management by the deadlines provided. Failure to provide required documentation may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Vendors may only sell the products or services approved by event management. Any changes to your products, menu, or services must receive prior approval.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary booth and surrounding area throughout the event.

All vendors are responsible for properly disposing of all trash and waste generated by their operation. Trash must be physically taken to the designated dumpster and may not be left in a pile at or around your booth.

Vendors must remain in their assigned location for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event management.

Event management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, inventory, or personal property.

Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining any required liability insurance.

Event management reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products, conduct, equipment, setup, or operation does not meet event standards or applicable regulations.

Event management reserves the right to modify event details, vendor placement, operating hours, or other event logistics as necessary.

Germantown Octoberfest is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the control of event management, the event may be modified, postponed, or canceled.

Vendors are responsible for following all event rules and instructions provided by event management before and during the event.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will receive confirmation from event management once their application has been reviewed and approved.
