Our Vendor Village has a place for everyone including, home-based businesses and small brick and morter businesses. You can promote your business and hand out candy to our "treaters"!

About the event

Two communities. One spooktacular celebration! Stone Ridge Association and John Champe High School are teaming up this year for one BIG Trunk or Treat! Bring the family out for an afternoon of decorated trunks, costumes, candy, and Halloween fun for all ages. Event Details 🗓 Saturday, October 24, 2026 🕒 3:00–5:00 PM 📍 24605 Stone Carver Drive, Stone Ridge, VA Decorate a Trunk & Join the Fun! Want to help make the magic happen? Register your vehicle, choose your best Halloween theme, decorate your trunk, and pass out candy to our little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses! Vehicle spaces are limited, so register early to reserve your spot. A $10 vehicle registration fee applies to non-Stone Ridge residents. Whether you're decorating a trunk or bringing the kids out to trick-or-treat, we can't wait to celebrate Halloween with you! Register Today! Prices

Craft/Artisan Local Business $125.00 Non-refundable This option is for home-based businesses. Cost - $125 * One 10x10 space in Vendor Village * You must bring your own: Tent, Table, Chairs, Table Cloths (Add-On Tent rental option available) * No electricity or running water is available. * There is no breakdown before the end of the event (unless otherwise approved by the HOA).
Small Business Exhibitor $250.00 Non-refundable This option is for businesses with a storefront. Cost - $250 * One 10x10 Space (Must bring your own tent, table and chairs in Vendor Village) * You must bring your own tablecloths. * No electricity or running water is available. * There is no breakdown before the end of the event (unless otherwise approved by the HOA). You may rent a tent from us for an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you would like to add this on.
