Clash of the Cowboys - RETAIL Vendor Application

BEFORE submitting a vendor application please read the 2026 Clash of the Cowboys - Bulls & Broncs vendor Information, Rules & Regulations Handbook. This document is uploaded in the food vendor application and can be accesses online: https://www.clatsopcounty.gov/DocumentCenter/View/4549/2026-Clash-of-the-Cowboys-Vendor-Information-Rules--Regulations  The deadline for the Retail Vendor Applications is October 26, 2026 or earlier if vendor capacity is reached.  Submitting a vendor application allows you to be considered for a space at the 2026 Clash of the Cowboys - Bulls and Broncs event at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo. This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. Please fill out this application completely and be sure that the information you give is accurate. Missing information may require the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Management to decline the application. Clatsop County Fair & Expo Management will determine the location of booths. PAYMENT: If the vendor application is approved, the payment information submitted with this application will be processed at the time of approval. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Approved exhibitors/vendors cancelling their booth space BEFORE October 26th are entitled to a 50% refund. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 26th. There will be no exceptions to this policy. HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER:  All vendor will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver to protect both parties from potential liabilities. We recommend that vendors secure appropriate insurance coverage for their own protection. IF APPROVED the approval of the application is not a conveyance of an interest in real property, a lease agreement or any other similar disposition. It constitutes nothing more than limited contract permission to use the area(s), facilities, and/or equipment and/or supplies identified in the vendor application. No permission is given to: improve, damage or alter the real or personal property of the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center and Clatsop County.

Merchandise and Branding: Vendors may not use the names, logos, trademarks, or other identifying marks of Clatsop County Fair & Expo, Clash of the Cowboys, or Howell Rodeo Company on merchandise, promotional materials, signage, or other products without prior written authorization.
