We are looking for a thoughtfully curated mix of small businesses, makers, artists, boutiques, food vendors, and unique brands to help create an unforgettable night for our guests.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on product quality, uniqueness, presentation, and overall event fit. We also limit duplicate products and categories to help create a balanced shopping experience.

If accepted, vendors will receive additional information regarding payment, event requirements, load-in, setup, and day-of details.

Please note: All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By submitting this application and participating in a Fairytale Finds Market event, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Fees & Refund Policy
All vendor fees, deposits, and payments made to Fairytale Finds Market are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Fairytale Finds Market. This includes cancellations by the vendor for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, vendors are responsible for completing all required payments by the stated deadlines. Failure to make required payments may result in the vendor space being forfeited.

Tent & Canopy Weight Requirements
For the safety of vendors, guests, staff, and event property, all tents and canopies must be properly secured with approved weights.

Each 10x10 canopy must have a minimum of 40 pounds of weight attached to each leg, for a total minimum of 160 pounds per 10x10 tent. Larger tents or setups may require additional weight.

Weights must be securely attached to the tent frame and must not create a tripping hazard. Acceptable weights may include commercially manufactured canopy weights, securely filled sandbags, or other approved weighted systems.

Water jugs, loose household items, merchandise, coolers, or unsecured objects will not be accepted as tent weights.

Vendors who arrive without the required weights may be prohibited from setting up their canopy until proper weights are obtained. If adequate weights cannot be provided, the vendor may be required to remove their tent or leave the event. No refund or credit will be issued for failure to meet the required safety standards.

Fairytale Finds Market reserves the right to require additional weights, lower or remove tents, or make adjustments to vendor setups due to wind, weather, or other safety concerns.

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for bringing all equipment necessary for their booth, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, lighting, extension cords, and approved tent weights unless otherwise specifically stated.

By submitting an application, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all additional event rules provided by Fairytale Finds Market.
