- Staffing for the event
- Venue costs
- Travel cost for our staff (we are traveling in from Chicago)

- Security
And other miscellanous costs that go with hosting an event
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- You will not be charged when you submit your application. You will only be charged upon approval
- Processing fees are not fees of Windy City Market, these are fees charged by the credit card processing company and eventeny for maintaining this platform.
- No Refunds or credits for absolutely any reason unless in the highly unlikely event that the event is cancelled by us or the venue
- Two day vendors can leave their belongings overnight and there will be security the entire time
- Event is a hybrid of indoor and outdoor 6x5 space indoor and 10x10 outdoor
- By committing to this event you agree to help in the promotional efforts
- Late/no shows will forfeit their space and will not receive a refund
- No MLM Companies allowed
- Spaces are for small businesses, if you are a corporation please email sergio@windycitymarket.net for partnership/sponsor information
