We’re excited to open vendor applications for the Camden Boutique & Craft Show, happening Saturday, March 27, 2027 at the Camden City Arena! 🛍️✨

We’re creating a full-scale ladies’ day of shopping featuring 60+ boutiques, makers, artists and unique small businesses — all under one roof in downtown Camden.

Our goal is to create the kind of event where shoppers can spend the day browsing clothing boutiques, jewelry, accessories, candles, home décor, gifts, handmade goods and specialty products while discovering businesses they may not have encountered before.

We are especially looking for boutiques!
We would love to bring in women’s clothing boutiques, children’s clothing boutiques, accessories, shoes, handbags and other fashion-focused businesses from Camden and throughout the surrounding region.

If your business has not previously sold in the Camden area, this is a great opportunity to introduce your brand to a new market, meet new customers and build awareness for your business.

Mobile boutiques and retail trailers are also welcome and can be accommodated. Please include information about your trailer and space requirements with your application.

Vendor Spaces
10' x 10' indoor space — $100

Vendors needing additional room may purchase multiple adjoining spaces. Simply select the number of spaces you would like when applying.  Vendors will be able to setup on Friday March 26 2pm-7pm to ensure enough time to prepare their booths.

Applications will be reviewed to create a varied, high-quality shopping experience and to avoid excessive duplication of similar products.

Whether you are an established boutique, a growing handmade business or a brand looking to expand into a new market, we would love to introduce you to shoppers in Camden.

City of Camden Business License
All participating vendors are required to have the appropriate City of Camden Business License or Special Vendor License for the event.

If you do not currently have one, assistance will be available with obtaining the required license. Additional information will be provided to accepted vendors.

Vendor Fees & Refunds
Vendor spaces are $125 per 10' x 10' space.

Vendors may purchase multiple spaces.

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts or failure to obtain required licenses.

Acceptance & Booth Assignments
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Camden Boutique & Craft reserves the right to approve vendors and assign booth locations in order to create a balanced and thoughtfully curated show.

Booth assignments may be adjusted if necessary for event operations or venue requirements.

Acceptance does not guarantee category exclusivity, attendance levels or sales.

City of Camden Business License
All vendors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate City of Camden Business License or Special Vendor License required to participate in the event.

Required licensing must be completed prior to the event.

Vendor Space

Each purchased booth space measures approximately 10' x 10' indoors.

All displays, merchandise and equipment must remain within the vendor's purchased booth space unless otherwise approved by the organizer.

Vendors are responsible for providing and setting up their own merchandise displays and booth equipment unless otherwise stated.

Event Participation
Vendors are expected to be completely set up before the event opens and remain open for business throughout the scheduled event hours of 10 AM–4 PM.

Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from the event organizer.

Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, displays, equipment and personal property.

Camden Boutique & Craft and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vendor property.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and professional booth space throughout the event.

Booth Cleanup
Vendors are responsible for completely cleaning their booth area following the event and removing all merchandise, displays, packaging and trash.

Agreement
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions and understand that failure to comply with event policies may result in removal from the event without refund and/or affect eligibility for future Camden Boutique & Craft events.
