Brunch, Brews & Makers Market

We’re excited to welcome local artists, crafters and makers to Brunch, Brews & Makers Market at Greener Pastures Brewery!

This market is designed to create a fun Sunday shopping experience featuring original, handmade products from local small businesses alongside brunch and brews at the brewery.

Vendor Fee
$40 per event

Applications will be reviewed to ensure the market offers a well-rounded mix of quality handmade products.

We are accepting applications from:

• Artists
• Crafters
• Handmade businesses
• Jewelry makers
• Potters and ceramic artists
• Woodworkers
• Textile and fiber artists
• Candle and home-fragrance makers
• Specialty handmade goods
• Other original maker-based businesses
• All products sold must be handmade or created by the applying vendor.

No MLM/direct-sales companies, mass-produced merchandise, 

Event Hours
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Vendor Load-In
8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

This is an outdoor event.  

Vendor spots will be 10x10 

All vendors must be completely set up and ready for customers before the market opens at 11:00 AM.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays and any other equipment needed for their booth.

Tent & Safety Requirements
All vendors using a canopy/tent are required to have a minimum of 30 lbs. of weight securely attached to EACH tent leg.

This requirement is mandatory for the safety of our vendors, guests and neighboring booths. Vendors without adequate tent weights will not be permitted to set up.

City of Camden Business License
All participating vendors must have either a current City of Camden Business License or the appropriate Special Vendor License required by the City of Camden.

If you do not already have the required license, we can assist you with obtaining one. The fee is $25.

Please Plan to Stay for the Entire Market
Vendors are expected to remain completely set up and open for business from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.

Packing up while customers are still shopping negatively affects neighboring vendors and the overall market experience. Vendors who leave early without prior approval will not be invited to participate in future Camden Boutique & Craft events.

Vendor Expectations
We ask every vendor to help us create an attractive, professional and welcoming market.

Please:

• Arrive within the designated load-in period.
• Have your booth completely ready before the market opens.
• Keep your booth neat, attractive and safely secured throughout the event.
• Keep merchandise and displays within your assigned booth space.
• Maintain your booth throughout the entire event.
• Clean your booth area completely before leaving.
• Be courteous to fellow vendors, brewery staff, organizers and guests.
• Our goal is to build Brunch, Brews & Makers Market into a recurring event that shoppers look forward to and that our participating makers are proud to be part of.

Fees & Refunds
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, weather, or other circumstances outside of the organizer's control.

Acceptance & Booth Assignments
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to create a balanced and thoughtfully curated market.

Booth spaces are assigned by the event organizer and may be adjusted as needed. Acceptance does not guarantee exclusivity within a product category or any particular level of attendance or sales.

Weather & Event Conditions
This is an outdoor event and vendors should be prepared for changing weather conditions.

The market will continue in manageable weather when it is safe to do so. Camden Boutique & Craft and/or the venue may delay, shorten or cancel the event if weather or other conditions create a safety concern.

Weather-related changes or cancellations do not qualify for a vendor refund.

Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their booth, merchandise, displays and equipment.

Camden Boutique & Craft and the host venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vendor property. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe booth and for any damage caused by their equipment, merchandise or setup.

Booth Cleanup
Vendors are responsible for completely cleaning their booth area at the end of the event. All merchandise, displays, packaging and trash must be removed before leaving.

Please leave your space as clean as you found it.

Agreement
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions and understand that failure to follow event policies may result in removal from the event without refund and/or loss of eligibility for future Camden Boutique & Craft events.
