Mistletoe Market

The Mistletoe Market is apart of our Christmas on Main event.

Our Mistletoe Market features handmade and merchandise items specifically geared towards those last minute or stocking stuffer gifts. 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. 

• The Mistletoe Market vendor application is ONLY for handmade/craft/merchandise items. 
• The VR Event Staff reserves the right to reject any vendor application if it does not meet the qualifications or standards of the festival. 
• Vendors will be accepted based on the quality and variety of the product shown on their photos. 
• NO informational vendors allowed for this event. 
• NO electricity, tents, tables, or chairs will be provided. 

HAND-MADE, MERCHANDISE & CRAFT VENDOR REGULATIONS: 

• A limited number of vendors per category will be chosen. 
  • Categories may include but are not limited to:
    • Craft/hand-made 
    • Merchandise
• NO informatonal booths will be accepted. 
• NO electricity, tents, tables, or chairs will be provided.
  • Portable, quiet generators are permitted.
• Canopies may be anchored by cinderblocks or sandbags only. NO ground stakes are permitted. 
• ONLY 10x10 booths allowed. 
• ALL proceeds from vendor sales will belong to the vendor. No commissions will be assessed.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax and for reporting earnings to the IRS.
• Vendors MUST be confined within the area assigned to you. Booth space will be limited to 10 feet by 10 feet.
• ALL vendors are responsible for setting up their booths. 
• NO vendor who is accepted into the event is allowed to leave at anytime before 7PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• NO vendors or their representatives shall contduct themselves in an offensive or disrespectful manner to anyone from the event staff, volunteers, or to the general public.
• Failure to follow this rule will result in the cancelation of your application and you will be escorted out by our police officers on duty.
• This will also result in being banned from participating in any City of Villa Rica events. 
• ALL vendor booth spaces must be left clear of any paper, packing materials, or any other trash.
  • DO NOT dispose of cartons, packing materials, or other trash anywhere in the downtown or festival area.
  • PLEASE take all trash with you.

2026 VENDOR FEES:

• Merchandise/craft/handmade 10x10 Booths - $60

IMPORTANT DATES:

• August 17 - Applications open
• November 2 - Applications close
• November 3 - Vendor approval/denial
