Terms & Conditions

Cancellations are no fun for anyone.
The City will inform all vendors of any cancellations or delays by 11 a.m. on the day of the event. This is usually based on inclement weather.

In turn, we require all vendors to provide a deposit to attend and participate. If the City is not informed by the vendor of a change in schedule or cancelation by 11 a.m. the day of the event, the City will retain the deposit.

The deposit will be refundable after the event occurs and no issues arise.ย

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and electricity.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 refundable application fee, which is charged upon application. Cancelations are no fun for anyone.
