About the application
Downtown Temple is hosting Oktoberfest at The Yard on October 17 from 5–10 PM, and we’re looking for food vendors to help bring the flavor! This festive fall evening will feature live music, local breweries, special activities, and a great crowd ready to eat, drink, and celebrate.
It’s the perfect opportunity to showcase your menu, connect with the community, and be part of one of Downtown’s most anticipated seasonal events.

Food vendor spaces are limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted with confirmation and event-specific details.
Vendor Requirements:
- Must have a valid food handler’s permit and health inspection certificate.
- Must comply with all City of Temple fire and health safety regulations.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and power needs unless otherwise specified.
- Booths must remain open and operational during the full event timeframe.
- Vendors who fail to show up without prior communication will not be allowed to participate in future events.
