Pallet Contest Entry

Contest Guidelines:
1. Items must be made primarily of wood pallets.
2. Pallet size should not exceed a footprint of 5x5 and not exceed 6’ tall, unless approval is
given in writing (send request to Festivals.HavanaMainStreet@gmail.com).
3. Design must be safe and suitable for a family atmosphere.
4. No political, tobacco, alcohol or drug themes allowed.
5. Items must be delivered to the Welcome Center on Friday, Sept. 5th from 1:00 – 6:00
unless other arrangements are made.
6. There will be tables provided for items not suitable for the ground.
7. If your item needs to stand up, you are responsible for providing the stand or making a way
for it to stand up.
8. Signs may be laid on provided tables.
9. You may elect to put you item up for sale by indicating above; you will receive a check for
50% of the selling price and 50% will help pay for festival expenses.
10.If you do not want to sell your item or it does not sell, you are responsible for picking it up
by 6:00 PM on the day of the event (9/6).

Rules & Waiver Acknowledgment:
* Our pallet creation adheres to all Contest Guidelines.
* Our pallet creation is safe to display and does not pose a hazard.
* We grant Havana Main Street permission to photograph our pallet creation for
promotional purposes.
* We understand that Havana Main Street is not responsible for any damage or loss to
our pallet creation during the event.
* We understand that our pallet creation is to be picked up by 4:00PM on 9/12/2026.
