Trackside Treats Food Vendor Sign-Up

We’re excited to bring Trackside Treats to Downtown Temple on October 31 from 2–5 PM! Families will enjoy safe trick-or-treating along the scenic Santa Fe Trail, with costumes, candy, food trucks, and festive fun throughout the afternoon.

We’re looking for food vendors to join us at The Yard and serve up tasty eats to families enjoying this free, family-friendly downtown celebration. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a high-traffic event, connect with the community, and join in the Halloween fun!

Event Schedule:
•  Set-up: Noon– 1:30 PM
•  Trick-or-Treating along the Santa Fe Trail: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Food vendor spaces are limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted with confirmation and event-specific details.

Vendor Requirements:

• Must have a valid food handler’s permit and health inspection certificate.

• Must comply with all City of Temple fire and health safety regulations.

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and power needs unless otherwise specified.

• Booths must remain open and operational during the full event timeframe.

• Vendors who fail to show up without prior communication will not be allowed to participate in future events.
