Trick-or-Treat Booth Sign-Up

We’re excited to bring Trackside Treats to Downtown Temple on October 31 from 2–5 PM! Families will enjoy safe trick-or-treating along the scenic Santa Fe Trail, with costumes, candy, food trucks, and festive fun throughout the afternoon.

We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, and community groups to join the fun by hosting a trick-or-treat booth along the trail. This is a great opportunity to connect with local families, engage with the community, and be part of a fun and festive downtown event.

Participation is free—all we ask is that each booth provide candy to hand out to trick-or-treaters throughout the event.

Event Schedule:
•  Set-up: Noon PM – 1:45 PM
•  Trick-or-Treating along the Santa Fe Trail: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

All participating booths must provide free, individually wrapped treats to trick-or-treaters. This is a family-focused event, and treat distribution is a key part of the experience.

We are projecting around 2,500 attendees, so please plan accordingly to ensure you’re well-stocked throughout the event.

Booths are required to remain fully operational during Treat Trail hours from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.
