Food Vendor
About the application
Join us for Bigfoot in the Park on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at George Poston Park!
Bigfoot in the Park is a family-friendly outdoor event featuring a Bigfoot scavenger hunt throughout the park, activities, market vendors, food trucks, and more.
We are looking for a small, carefully selected group of food and beverage vendors to provide a variety of options for event attendees. We anticipate selecting approximately:
- 2–3 Meal/Food Trucks
Serving entrées or meal-style options such as burgers, BBQ, tacos, sandwiches, pizza, etc. - 2–3 Beverage Vendors
Serving specialty drinks, coffee, lemonade, tea, refreshers, or similar beverages. Alcohol is not permitted at this event. - 1–2 Snack/Concession Vendors
Serving desserts, sweets, shaved ice, popcorn, baked goods, snack foods, or other concession-style items.
To provide attendees with the best variety, vendors will be selected based in part on menu offerings, and we will limit vendors with substantially similar menus or primary products. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Food and beverage offerings do not need to be Bigfoot-themed, although vendors are always welcome to have a little fun with the theme!
Vendor selections will be made the week of August 24. Applicants will not be notified of acceptance or charged a vendor fee until selections are made. If selected, the payment method provided with your application will be automatically charged at that time.
Please only submit an application if you intend to participate if selected. Additional information regarding setup, arrival, parking, and vendor locations will be provided to accepted vendors prior to the event.
