Spark Surprise Grand Opening Market – Vendor Application ✨

We’re excited to invite local small businesses, makers, creators, boutiques, and more to join us for the Grand Opening of Spark Surprise at Elm Street!

Come be part of this special community celebration on October 1st and showcase your business to the Surprise community. We’re looking for a variety of unique vendors to help us create a fun and welcoming market experience as we celebrate the opening of Spark Surprise!

Vendor Fee: $30

Vendor spaces are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse selection of businesses and products.

By submitting an application and/or payment for the Spark Surprise Grand Opening Market, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Fees & Refund Policy
All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE once payment has been submitted. This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, change of plans, or inability to attend. Vendor fees may not be transferred to another vendor or future event unless expressly approved by event management.
Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on product type, event needs, available space, and maintaining a diverse vendor lineup. Event management reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
Vendor Fee
The vendor participation fee is $30. Payment must be received by the stated deadline to secure your space. Failure to submit payment on time may result in your space being offered to another applicant.
Event Changes & Weather
This event is scheduled to take place October 1st at Elm Street in Surprise, Arizona. Event details, including hours, vendor placement, setup instructions, and other logistics, are subject to change. Vendors acknowledge that outdoor events may be affected by weather or other circumstances outside of the organizers’ control. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, attendance levels, or circumstances outside of event management’s control, except where otherwise required by law.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth equipment, displays, tables, chairs, signage, merchandise, payment processing equipment, and any other supplies necessary to operate their booth unless otherwise stated. Vendors are responsible for securing their equipment and maintaining a clean, professional, and safe booth space.
Licenses, Permits & Compliance
Each vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or tax requirements applicable to their business and products. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and any venue or event requirements.
Food Vendors
Food and beverage vendors are solely responsible for obtaining all required health permits, food-handling certifications, licensing, and approvals necessary to participate. Acceptance into the market does not constitute approval from any health department or governmental agency.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, employees, and booth area. To the extent permitted by law, Spark Surprise, Elm Street, event organizers, property owners, sponsors, employees, and representatives are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from a vendor’s participation in the event.
Conduct & Removal
Vendors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, other vendors, and the venue. Event management reserves the right to remove a vendor for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable conduct. A vendor removed for violating event policies will not receive a refund.
Booth Assignment & Attendance
Booth locations will be determined by event management. Specific placement requests are not guaranteed. Vendors are expected to remain set up and operational for the full market unless event management provides permission to leave early.
Sales & Attendance Disclaimer
Participation does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, sales, revenue, or customer engagement. Vendors understand that all business activity and sales performance are at their own risk.
Photography & Marketing
By participating, vendors acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event. Vendors grant the event organizers permission to use event photographs or video containing their booth, products, signage, or representatives for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
By submitting this application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable vendor fee policy.
