august 28th - pixie mart vendors

our next philly event is on friday, 8/28! we're hosting 40 vendors at 1901 s 9th st, philadephia pa 19148, at the west gym inside building bok. spots are indoors, all ground floor with a set of steps to get inside, as well as a ramp and lift for load in. the building and restroom are ADA accessible, and indoors has AC!

while we are collaborating with pixie mart for this pop-up, there is no difference for the vendors in terms of spots or selling opportunities! this application is for our artist alley, specifically for handmade items! all vintage and other vendors can apply with our other applicatio

we will be providing two hours for load in and two hours for load out! we are looking for y2k/vintage clothing vendors, streetwear, jewelry, permanent jewelry, accessories, handmade and upcycled, crochet/knit, 1of1s, tooth gem artists as well as food, snacks and drinks! returning vendors may get priority but we will be accepting all applications on a first come first serve basis.

your payment method will be charged upon acceptance, so please only apply when you are ready to pay.

 we have 2 available options for vendor spots, 8 x 8 booth and 6 x 4 booth. an indoor 8 x 8 spot is 8 x 8 ft with a limit of 3 structures (racks, piles, bins, tables) and is $140 an indoor 6 x 4 ft with a limit of 1 structure (rack, pile, bin, or table.) and is $115.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are splitting a booth, please include all names/quantity of vendors sharing your booth. if you split your booth, please only submit one application. if you submit two applications, you will be charged seperately, and this cannot be refunded.

submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. we cannot take specific spot requests, and spot priority will be given to previous pixie mart vendors

by completing this application, you agree to pay for your spot upon submission, and understand you will lose your spot in application line if payment is declined for more than 24 hours

please note, vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. we are not responsible for finding coverage for your booth in the event you cannot make it, and there are no credits available for any kind of cancellations.

harassment/speaking inappropriately to our staff will not be tolerated and we have the right to remove you from the event, as well as keep your full vendor fee.

philly bound vintage and pixie mart are a community safe space for many people. we have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, racism, transphobia or bigotry. as well as stealing from small businesses. if you see something please let us know!

we reserve the right to revoke your acceptance (while unpaid), move or transfer your spot (including switching spots), or deny load in (if arriving late) at any time.

philly bound vintage market and pixie mart are not responsible for finding a replacement vendor in the case that you cannot attend the market/choose to no longer come 

if you are not present at 1pm on event day, your vendor spot is forfeited and you will not be allowed in to set up. we will not refund your fee in this case. there are no exceptions to this rule.
